Graffiti By British Graffiti Street Artist Banksy Is Planned To Be Dismantled And Preserved In Irpin
People walk past a work of world-renowned British street graffiti artist Banksy depicted a rhythmic gymnast on a wall of a residential building which was damaged during fighting between Russian and Ukrainian troops in the town of Irpin, not far from Kyiv, Ukraine 16 April 2023, amid Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Two residential buildings in Irpin will be demolished after being badly damaged by shelling during the war. Graffiti by Banksy, which is placed on one of the buildings, is planned to be dismantled and preserved. On the house, Banksy depicted a gymnast with a ribbon.
