Areas that have a higher proportion of old people, lower educated people and large wage inequality between migrants and the native population have, on average, higher turnout for the PVV. The earth wall is still under construction and a machine-excavator works everyday to complete it, with the driver risking his life. On this road near Talish village, many vehicles accelerate to avoid artillery and snipers, as the front runs parallel to it, and the distance is less than a kilometer.
