Merchants opposed to the demolition of the former Noryangjin Fish market at the Noryangjin Station overpass confront wtih the NFFC (National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives) to install stairs at the end of the overpass on October 29, 2020 in Seoul, South Korea. Traders who oppose the demolition of the former Noryangjin Fish market protest at the end of the overpass, opposing the establishment of the overpass stairs. Traders who oppose the modernization project of Noryangjin Fish market have been protesting here demanding the guarantee of the right to live. The former Noryangjin Fish market was completely closed in August this year. Some merchants refuse to relocate, citing narrow spaces and expensive rents, even though the new building was completed in 2015.
