They are also finding that Mr. Trump acted maliciously, out of hatred, ill will, or spite, vindictively, or in wanton, reckless, or willful disregard of Carroll's rights. For this finding, they are awarding Carroll an additional $65 million in punitive damages, bringing the total award amount to $83.3 million.
