Members of the NYPD crime scene unit remove numerous evidence bags with several pieces of evidence collected from the #3 hotel room where a 60-year-old man is found dead after sustaining trauma to the head inside a motel room at the Deegan Motel within the confines of the 50 precinct in Kingsbridge, Bronx, New York, United States, on August 2, 2025. On Friday afternoon at approximately 2:35 PM, police respond to the inside of 3600 Bailey Avenue and find an unconscious and unresponsive 60-year-old man lying on the floor with trauma to his head. EMS responds and pronounces the man deceased on the scene. The Chief Medical Examiner determines the cause of death, and the investigation remains ongoing. The identity of the deceased is withheld pending proper family notification.
