Based on data from the Indonesian Cocoa Industry Association (AIKI) in 2016, Indonesia have a decline in cocoa exports in foreign countries because of cocoa production declined effect to bad weather in Indonesia over the past two months. This year Indonesia is only capable of processing around 400,000 ton of cocoa from the targeted amount of 600,000 ton for one year.
