18 October 2014

Anas Al Abdeh speaking about the need for a "no fly zone and political autonomy [for the Syrian National Coalition] in Northern Syria as a save haven which would gradually increase in size. We have an informal de-facto partition in Syria already. We would like to keep Syria as one state. There needs to be an acceptance of the Geneva Communique, by Al-Assad and the regime. 60% of the homes and infrastructure has been destroyed in Syria. Iran is part of the problem, but they can be part of the solution." Manchester, UK, 17th October 2104.
