The top United Nations court, the International Court of Justice ICJ, is currently rejecting Nicaragua's request to prevent Germany from selling weapons to Israel. ICJ President Nawaf Salam has stated in the ruling that the current circumstances do not necessitate the court's intervention with provisional measures.
