A man is standing inside the damaged apartment of Anatolii Luchok after the residential building at 4A Ostafiia Dashkevycha Street was struck by debris from downed Russian ballistic missiles in Kyiv, Ukraine, on December 18, 2023. The Russian troops launched a missile attack on the Ukrainian capital at exactly 03:00 on December 13, 2023. All 10 incoming targets, which were flying along a ballistic trajectory, are being shot down by the air defense unit of the Ukrainian Air Force.
