On Friday evening at approximately 5:51 PM, officers observe a 46-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the neck. EMS responds and transports the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/Lincoln, where he is later pronounced deceased. There are no arrests at this time, and the investigation remains ongoing.
