A Bangladeshi woman Shefali Begam waiting with her 64 years father’s dead body in Sealdah station for the official procedure during the death in train in Kolkata , India on Friday , 17th June , 2016 . 64 years old Shamsul Haque died due to heat stroke in a Bongaon – Sealdah local train on the way to Kolkata . He is travelling to Kolkata for medical treatment. A huge number of patient come from Bangladesh in Kolkata, even few of them take illegally entry in India. Medical tourism is a growing sector in India. In October 2015, India's medical tourism sector was estimated to be worth US$3 billion. It is projected to grow to $7-8 billion by 2020.

Although many Syrians accommodated at refugee centers have been granted refugee status, the Bulgarian international travel documents do not allow them to reach EU countries. Meanwhile, Amnesty International called on EU countries to refrain from transferring asylum seekers to Bulgaria until the country improved the poor living conditions at refugee centers and reviewed its slow asylum procedure. Under EU regulation, asylum seekers can be returned to Bulgaria if it is the first country through which they have entered the EU.
