Dominik Kuc, of Glow Space Foundation Minister of Equality, Katarzyna Kotula speaks during a press conference dedicated to LGBTQ+ groups equality in Polish schools in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland in Warsaw, the capital on February 5, 2024. Current government took over power in Poland on December 13 2023 from the Law and Justice far-right political party, which has ruled for 8 years. Law and Justice marginalized LGBRQ+ peoples. The Minister says it is important to take LGBTQ+ young people under more systematic care because, as research shows, the group has more tendency to be discriminated that leads to depressions and suicides.
