This traditional food since 1940 is how to make use of a grinding machine wtih cow power. Lethek noodle price IDR 65,000. Currently requires regeneration lethek noodle factory workers for almost 80 percent of the approximately 30 workers age 50 years old so it is necessary for the production process is not stalled because of the age factor.
