A 14-year-old female victim is sustaining two gunshot wounds to the leg and is being transported to the hospital where she is being listed in fair condition. Preliminary investigation is suggesting that a male suspect is fleeing the scene on a bicycle after discharging a firearm. There are no suspects in custody.
