View of the exterior of the famous Candido restaurant in the Plaza del Azoguejo, in Segovia (Spain), next to the aqueduct, which dates back to the 17th century. The name and fame of the inn is due to the mid-twentieth century when it was acquired by the Castilian chef, and senior innkeeper, Cándido López, who popularized the cuisine of Segovia by making grilled suckling pig and its own scenography of cutting the dish when serving them .

The aqueduct of Segovia (Spain), is a Roman aqueduct that carried water to the city. Its construction dates from the early 2nd century AD. C., at the end of the reign of the emperor Trajan or early that of Hadrian. The most visible part, and therefore famous, is the arcade that crosses the Plaza del Azoguejo, in the city.
