A man dressed in a period costume is greeting people in the surroundings of La Casa Botines, a modernist-style building located in Leon, Spain. Originally a commercial warehouse and private residence, it was built and designed by the architect Antoni Gaudi between 1891 and 1892. La Casa Botines is one of only three of Gaudi's works outside of Catalonia and was declared a Historical Monument of Cultural Interest in 1969.
