Earlier, the District Court, Rupandehi, denies his release on bail despite submitting the bank deposit, which prompts Lamichhane to approach the High Court. Information Officer at District Court, Padam Aryal, informs that Lamichhane deposits NRs 37.4 million as bail. Lamichhane faces the case of misappropriation of cooperative funds.
