It is known by various names, including Jilapi, Zelepi, Jilebi, Jilipi, Zulbia, Jerry, Mushabak, Z'labia, or Zalabia. Hot jalebis are prepared in a pan in a streetside sweet shop at a village fair in Tehatta, West Bengal, India, on December 25, 2025.
