The regional landscape park, which offered both animal care and therapy for children with special needs, was largely destroyed during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. Six people - both workers and a volunteer - and several animals were killed in the shelling. Moreover, Russians stole vegetables intended for animals. Approximately, 6,000 animals were evacuated from the park. NO USE RUSSIA. NO USE BELARUS.
