Michele Becattini in Tokyo during he takes the subway to go to Hamamatsu to meet his son who was kidnapped by his maternal grandparents. He married a Japanese woman named Eiko Kakizawa on 8 July 2004 in Italy, and on June 23, 2007 the son Masato was born. In July 2011, his wife was diagnosed as malignant breast cancer. to cope with the therapies, his wife preferred to return from her parents to Hamamatsu in Japan bringing her son. The execution date was set for May 23, 2017 but has never been applied by the court. Michele Becattini has seen and met his son for about 10 hours in total, although he came to Japan and stayed in Hamamatsu for 83 days in 4 years. Michele Becattini says "Despite three degrees of judgment in favor and a judicial process over four years, the Japanese institutions approached the execution in a hasty, superficial and indifferent way, making me feel so defrauded and derided. This is a case of child abduction, but nobody has managed it as such. The Japanese authorities have not taken into account my case. The social workers and / or psychologists have not
