Indian patients suffering from dengue fever get treatment in special dengue ward of Guru teg bahadur sapru hospital in Allahabad in October 27,2018 . Dengue is the now national viral outbreak in our country dengue is a mosquito-borne viral infection . and virus is mostly transmitted by female mosquito species Aedes Agypti .dengue is widespread influenced by rainfall, temperature variation and urbanization pollution, with the recently updated data by union health ministry dengue has affected more than 14000 people in country and out of it 30 has died. these vector-borne diseases are reported between July and November. the conditions are endemic in Eastern UP number of reported cases is 720 this year out which 4 are died, whereas in Prayagraj 23 positive cases detected some of them was from neighbour cities still around 59 cases are suspected. compare to last few years the number of cases has been decreased in 2016 number of cases was 15033 in 2017 cases was 3092 but proper treatment precaution should be taken health and sanitation facilities should be provided to citizens early detection and medical care will decrease the rate of cases, government and high court has been ordered for intensified fogging treatment in the suspected area.
