Canadair in action to put out the vast fire in L'Aquila, Italy, on August 3, 2020. Eight hundred hectares of mountain gone up in smoke in L’Aquila, Italy, on 3 August 2020, fire 200 meters from the town. An overall front about 4 km long, made up of isolated outbreaks that do not allow for homogeneous intervention and active fire fighting.
