They are doing this at the '1st Rally Strongly Condemning the Hasty Promotion of Increasing Medical School Quotas' in front of the War Memorial of Korea in Seoul, South Korea, on January 25, 2024. This act represents their opposition to the government's plan to increase medical school quotas.
