The Common Gull (Cepora nerissa) is a small to medium-sized butterfly of the family Pieridae, known for its yellow and white coloration. It is native to Sri Lanka, India, China, Southeast Asia, and Indonesia. The butterfly has a strong flight close to the ground, with a wingspan ranging from 40-65 mm. After a long flight, it rests on an exposed leaf or bush. They feed on flowers of Tridax procumbens, Sida rhombifolia, Alternanthera, and Lantana. It Is The Only Species In The Monotypic Genus Lablab. Hyacinth Is A Tropical Perennial Twining Plant That Requires A Trellis To Support Its Growth. It Continues To Grow As A Short-term Perennial As Long As Moisture And Weather Permits. Purple/white Flowers Appear In Clusters That Develop Into Flat, Thick, Slightly Curved Green Pods With Pointing Ends.
