Islamic flag at a mosque during the holy month of Ramadan inscribed with the Arabic words 'Ya Abbas' in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Atop the flagpole is an open palm atop a crescent moon. The Palm symbolizes five main martyrs who died and the hand of righteousness. The moon is a symbol of Islam and the Islamic religion.
