A health worker prepares a vaccine injection for a student on child immunization at SD Inpres Palupi, Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia on October 26, 2022. The Indonesian government through the Ministry of Health said that there are 7.1 children in Indonesia currently not immunized due to various factors. Therefore, a basic child immunization campaign was held to expand the scope of disease immunity in children. The campaign is important again because there has been a decrease in national immunization coverage in children from 93 percent in 2019 to 84.5 percent in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
