A municipal service tows away a car from outside the apartment block hit by the Russian drone strike in Dnipro, Ukraine, on November 10, 2025. On the night of November 8, 2025, a Russian drone hits a multi-storey apartment block, killing three people and injuring thirteen others, including two children. The strike destroys apartments between the 4th and 6th floors. In response to the tragedy, the city of Dnipro declares November 9 and 10 days of mourning to honor the victims of the attack.

On October 13, in Cadiz Port, Spain, the maritime rescue vessel Maria Zambrano (B-22) is part of the Spanish Society of Salvage and Maritime Safety. It is used for tasks like towing damaged ships and emergency response. The vessel is ready to work in the rescue of migrants from the Gibraltar Strait to Huelva, assisting other ferries. At times, Maria Zambrano is used as a shelter for immigrants in Cadiz and Algeciras. In the first five months of 2025, around 1,865 migrants die during the crossing in the Gibraltar Strait trying to come to Spain.
