They were first judged in Bordeaux where they gained acquittals but the prosecutor made appeal against the court's decision. The appeal is judged in Toulouse. Passedat Nils, mayor of Lavaurette (Tarn et Garonne), came to the gathering as he's in a procedure with the prefet of Tarn et Garrone and the prosecutor as he also took down the Macron's portrait of the townhall after the Macron's words: 'I want to piss off the unvaccinated as they're irresponsible and thus non-citizens'.
