Justice Sandra Day O’Connor lies in repose at the Supreme Court

Supreme Court Police officers salute retired Associate Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, the first woman to serve on the Supreme Court, during a changing of the honor guard at her casket as she lies in repose on the Lincoln Catafalque in the Court’s Great Hall.
