Arkadas, The Rescue Dog Donated To Mexico By Turkey, Celebrates His First Birthday
A Xoloitzcuintle rescue dog belonging to the Mexican National Guard is participating in the celebration of the first birthday of Arkadas, a rescue dog donated by Turkey to Mexico. This event follows the passing of Proteo, a Mexican rescue dog that had been assisting in finding survivors after the devastating earthquake near the Syrian border, which resulted in at least 54,000 deaths in both nations.
