Arkadas, The Rescue Dog Donated To Mexico By Turkey, Celebrates His First Birthday
A group of people are attending with their dogs at Campo Marte in Mexico City to celebrate the first birthday of Arkadas, a rescue dog donated by Turkey to Mexico after the passing of Proteo, a Mexican rescue dog who had assisted in searching for survivors following February's devastating earthquake near the Syrian border, which resulted in at least 54,000 deaths in both countries.
