Indonesia Green Affordable Housing Program For Photojournalists Of Medan

The Chief of the Indonesian Photojournalists Organisation of Medan, Risky Cahyadi, accompanied by Secretary Zulfan Dalimunthe, is inspecting the construction of housing for photojournalists at the Indonesian Photojournalists Organisation Housing in Sidodadi, Pantai Labu subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia, on February 13, 2024. The Indonesian President, Joko Widodo, through the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), has initiated the Green Housing Financing Program (Indonesia Green Affordable Housing Program/IGAHP), targeting low-income communities and set to commence in 2024, according to the Director General of Public Works and Public Housing Infrastructure Financing (DJPI) at the Ministry of PUPR, Herry Trisaputra Zuna. The IGAHP program, which includes adaptation, mitigation, certification, and green housing financing, is being implemented in collaboration with stakeholders in the housing finance sector.
