Indonesian Muslims Parade Goats The City Streets On Eid Al-Adha Celebration

Residents work together to skin goats after they are slaughtered and paraded for 1.5 kilometers through the city streets as part of a traditional parade to celebrate Eid al-Adha 1447 AH in Malang City, East Java, Indonesia, on May 27, 2026. The tradition of parading goats and cows has been held annually since 1970 by residents of Temenggungan Village and Kidul Pasar Village in Malang City, taking place after the Eid prayer.
