Massive Russian attack damages Kyiv Pechersk Lavra and Mystetskyi Arsenal in Kyiv
A fire engine is outside the Dormition Cathedral at the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra, where the roof is burning during a large-scale military operation, in Kyiv, Ukraine, on June 15, 2026. The operation involved missiles and drones, resulting in four fatalities and 28 injuries, including children and a pregnant woman. At least 140,000 consumers were left without electricity due to damage to power grids.
