Massive Russian attack damages Kyiv Pechersk Lavra and Mystetskyi Arsenal in Kyiv
The roof of the Dormition Cathedral at the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra is damaged by a fire in Kyiv, Ukraine, on June 15, 2026. The fire occurs following a large-scale military operation involving missiles and drones. Five people are killed and 28 injured, including children and a pregnant woman. At least 140,000 consumers are left without electricity due to damage to power grids.
