Chef Tor Jorgen Kramprud Arnesen of the world Famous Flying Culinary Circus, prepares some extraordinary dishes in Engenes Harbour on Andorja Island. One of the new creations 'Salmon New Style Sashimi' is made from amazingly fresh Norwegian salmon and served with other ingreedent like apple sorbet, dill and pomegranate, some of these prepared in liquid nitrogen.
