A wreath carried by an emotional faced Ex Standard Bearer Scott Tomlinson is carried and placed at the Fletcher Monument. At 2000hrs during the proceedings the Selkirk Ex-Royal Burgh Standard Bearers form up in a parade to march to the "Fletcher Memorial" and lay a wreath and mark respects for the history and traditions of the Common Riding.
