Traditional Foods In Indonesia

Residents enjoy food together in the Molimbu tradition at the Mosintuwu Cultural Festival in Poso Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia on November 9, 2022. In addition to cultural attractions, the festival, which presents the four main tribes that inhabit Poso Regency, namely Pamona, Mori, Bada, and Napu, also features the Molimbu tradition, or dine together with the typical menu of these tribes. Indonesia, which is geographically an archipelagic country, consists of 34 provinces and has 1,340 tribes and there are at least 5,300 types of traditional food that are still maintained today by indigenous peoples.
