A Canadair (Viking Air 415, known as Canadair CL-415) aircraft operated by Vigili del Fuoco prepares for another pass over the wildfire zone near Otranto, in the southern region of Puglia, Italy, on July 10, 2025. -The blaze, fueled by strong maestrale winds, scorched over 150 hectares of vegetation along the Adriatic coast. Two Canadairs and ground crews from the Fire Brigade, Civil Protection, ARIF, and the Air Force were dispatched to extinguish it.
