In Krakow, Poland, on December 22, 2024, a doctor checks blood sugar levels in a field hospital during the ''Christmas Eve for the Homeless and Needy'' event held at the Main Square. Each year, just before Christmas, a special Christmas Eve gathering is organized at the Main Square for those in need. During the event, warm traditional holiday meals are served, with the initiative organized and sponsored by Jan Koscioszko. Additionally, a field hospital is set up at the Main Square, providing professional medical assistance to those in need.
