Head chefs prepare a wazwan Trami (Platter) during a wedding function in Baramulla Jammu and Kashmir India on 27 September 2023. Wazwan is a multi-course meal in Kashmiri cuisine, originating from Kashmir. Almost all the dishes are meat-based using lamb or chicken with few vegetarian dishes. It is popular throughout the larger Kashmir region.

Ms. Eva Triana Sari, Head of Educational, Social and Cultural Affairs of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Mexico, holds a plate with a Chile en Nogada inside the typical Mexican food restaurant La Poblanita de Tacubaya, located in Mexico City, as part of the commemoration of 200 years of the creation of Chiles en Nogada. According to historical data, chiles en nogada were first made on August 28, 1821, when a group of nuns from the Augustinian Order of the Convent of Santa Monica in the State of Puebla, upon learning that the first emperor of Mexico, Agustin de Iturbide, would be celebrating his 38th birthday in the city, decided to take advantage of the seasonal products to welcome him with a dish bearing the colours of the Trigarante Army in celebration of the recent Independence of Mexico.

The chef of the 'Rocher de la Vierge' restaurant prepares French fries with a 'sauce bearnaise'. For one week, chefs from several restaurants in Toulouse decided to offer free and balanced free meals to students hurt by precarity and poverty. As the Covid-19 pandemic takes its toll, thousands of students have lost precarous jobs and are in need for food. So the 'Connexion Live' bar decided with Rodolphe Lafarge (creator of the Takeaway challenge) in association with several chefs in Toulouse and nearby to offer one balanced meal per day to students. For now, at least 1,200 students enlisted to have these meals. All food is fresh and prepared the same day. Chefs and people from restaurants volunteered for this operation. Every day, other chefs prepare the meals. Toulouse. France, on March 23th 2021.
