Anti-racism Protest In Paris

On 13 June 2020, several dozen police officers gathered at the foot of the Arc de Triomphe in Paris for a symbolic action of throwing handcuffs to protest against the ban on the strangulation key technique decreed by Christophe Castaner, Minister of the Interior, following accusations of police violence and racism in the police force.
