Extinction Rebellion DC throws street party to protest methane leaks

Two members of Extinction Rebellion DC occupy a boat blocking traffic behind a Metropolitan (DC) Police officer during a street party hosted as part of the group's "End methane, electrify DC" campaign. The party is a protest against expansion of fossil fuel infrastructure by Washington Gas, as well as the company's role in methane leaks that currently plague DC.
